Installation of Solar Panels

In 2017 we were the beneficiary of approximately $14,000 as a result of a Legacy Gift bequeathed by former church member, Dorothy May Kelly. In keeping with our values of respect for the earth and environmental sustainabiity, we decided to spend this money on installing solar panels on our church roof. Fourteen panels have been installed, with the electricity generated being fed into B.C. Hydro's grid where it can be stored and transmitted as needed.
